I like the focus on young people. I’m sure everyone has seen the articles and talking heads discussing how Obama has won today’s young people over to the Democrats for life. There’s a reason beer companies love to market on university campuses: brand loyalty established at a young age is very strong.
As a way to market to the under-30 crowd, how about a Young Liberal Donor club?$50 would get you exactly what the 308 Club in the article mentions. It would allow more cash-strapped people to participate, as well as forge lifelong donor habits with young Canadians.
